THE TOWNSEND’S INLET BRIDGE is scheduled to reopen to vehicular traffic on Friday, February 12th. The rebuilding of the roadway leading to the Avalon side of the bridge is mostly complete. Once the bridge reopens it’s expected to remain open, unless temporary lane closures are needed to complete maintenance work.
